Training times at Hiukkavaara gym:

Times are valid until end of times. During July, we have a summer break.

Monday
19:30 – 20:45 fitness kickboxing
Monday’s training is for fitness boxing, everyone is welcome to join! Also suitable for kickboxers for fitness aspect.

Tuesday
18:00 – 19:30 Kickboxing advanced
19:30 – 21:00 Kickboxing basic course

Tuesday’s training are focused on training in pairs and technique

Wednesday
18:30 – 19:30 Free session with ONS (Oulu boxing club)
19:30 – 20:45 Fitness kickboxing

The Wednesday’s free slot is joint training with Oulun Nyrkkeilyseura (Oulu’s Boxing Club), when boxers and kickboxers come together and give their own views to the training methods. You can train at your own pace or spar with boxers or kickboxers.

Thursday
18:30 – 20:00 Kickboxing advanced
20:00 – 21:15 Kickboxing basics

Thursdays have also focus on training in pairs, technique, mitts and sparring training

Saturday
16:00 – 17:30 Fitness kickboxing

All are welcome regardless of age, gender, shape or experience.

Sunday
18:00 – 19:30 Sparring and free training
19:30 – 20:45 Functional training

The Sunday’s sparring and free training session is reserved for sparring and getting ready for matches. Fitness kickboxing members are also warmly welcome to join by themselves or in groups if they wish.
After that is the functional training session that focus on muscle care. The session is free for club members and to those who have claimed fitness kickboxing card (doesn’t use up any training slots on the card).
