Training schedule


Training times at Hiukkavaara gym:

Times are valid until end of times. During July, we have a summer break.

19:30 – 20:45 Fitness kickboxing
Monday’s training is for fitness boxing, everyone is welcome to join! Also suitable for kickboxers for fitness aspect.


18:30 – 20:00 Kickboxing advanced

or during basic course
18:00 – 19:30 Kickboxing advanced
19:30 – 21:00 Kickboxing basic class

Tuesday’s training are focused on training in pairs and technique

18:30 – 20:00 Kickboxing advanced
20:00 – 21:15 Fitness kickboxing

Thursdays have also focus on training in pairs, technique, mitts and sparring training

sparring/free training (time is announced on club’s WhatsApp channel)

Sparring and free training session is reserved for sparring and getting ready for matches. Session is held mainly on weekends. Fitness kickboxing members are also warmly welcome to join by themselves or in groups if they wish.

Sunday’s class is free of charge for club members and fitness kickboxers who have claimed their fitness kb training card.
