Training times at Hiukkavaara gym:

Times are valid until end of times. During July, we have a summer break.

Monday
19:30 – 20:45 fitness kickboxing
Monday’s training is for fitness boxing, everyone is welcome to join! Also suitable for kickboxers for fitness aspect.

Tuesday
18:00 – 19:30 Kickboxing advanced
19:30 – 21:00 Kickboxing basic class (only during basic course)

Tuesday’s training are focused on training in pairs and technique

Wednesday
19:30 – 20:45 Fitness kickboxing

The Wednesday’s training is for fitness boxing, everyone is welcome to join! Also suitable for kickboxers for fitness aspect.

Thursday
18:30 – 20:00 Kickboxing advanced
20:00 – 21:15 Kickboxing basic class (only during basic course)

Thursdays have also focus on training in pairs, technique, mitts and sparring training

Saturday
16:00 – 17:30 Technique and basic course

Session for all trainees. Also for basic class.

Sunday
17:00 – 18:30 Sparring and free training

The Sunday’s sparring and free training session is reserved for sparring and getting ready for matches. Fitness kickboxing members are also warmly welcome to join by themselves or in groups if they wish.
