19.30 – 20.45 Fitness kickboxing
Monday’s workouts are dedicated to fitness kickboxing, where everyone is welcome regardless of age, size, gender and experience. Also suitable for long-term kickboxing enthusiasts!
Tuesday
18.30 – 20.00 Advanced class
During basic course:
18.00 – 19.30 Advanced class
19.30 – 21.00 Basics class
Thursday

sparring/free training (time is announced on club’s WhatsApp channel)
Sparring and free training session is reserved for sparring and getting ready for matches. Session is held mainly on weekends. Fitness kickboxing members are also warmly welcome to join by themselves or in groups if they wish.
Sunday’s class is free of charge for club members and fitness kickboxers who have claimed their fitness kb training card.
